A token or other instrument that carries a brand name acquires no claim on the company that owns the brand.

A separate issuer.

The ATMD legacy token of 2017 is a utility token issued by Atomind Holding (Nevis) Inc., an entity organised under the laws of St. Kitts and Nevis. It is not issued by the operator of this website. Token holders are not shareholders: the token confers no shareholding and no claim on any company, its assets or its earnings.

Atomind Inc. is not a bank, a payment institution or an investment adviser. Nothing on this website is an offer, a solicitation or investment advice, and no statement here is a statement about the future value of any instrument.
